Factors of production - Part II

Factors of production are the inputs needed for the creation of a good or service.

They can be divided into production objects (materials), productive labor, means of production (direct and indirect) and production information (Carvalho, 2008).

In this post we will explain the means of production and production information of our company, BioGround.

Information of production:

Our company focused on the target of our product which means that we tried to gather information about our clients such as the technical characteristics that the client wants to find in the product and the reasons why they need it.

We also created a database to facilitate the circulation of the information about production management.

We created an Oobeya room, which is a place where all the information about the smart compostor is exposed. To add to this, we also have an internal phone number and an e-mail to help the comunication inside the company and with the rest of the world.
